How do I place an order if am a first-time customer?
We can schedule an appointment for a free consultation and tasting, or we can create your design over the Internet or by phone. If you are purchasing items for your event such as invitation, party plates, etc., we would like to see those items. In most cases, we can get ideas and are able to incorporate your color scheme and design into your custom cake.

How soon should I place an order?
Due to the type of work we do, our schedule can fluctuate from day to day. For any designs serving more than 20 slices, we susually recommend one to two weeks advance notice depending on the time of the year. We also do not pre-bake our cakes; our cakes are baked as our orders come in. If you have an event date and your design serves more than 30 slices, please do let us know at your earliest convenience. Some of our creations require more than 72 hours assembling.

Am I able to get a quote over the phone?
Due to the type of work we do, we are able to give you starting prices for certain designs, depending on your request.

When do you require payment?
For all cakes and cupcake cakes serving 2-25 slices, we require payment at the time the order is placed. For designs serving 25 or more, we require a 50% deposit on your order to guarantee your reservation. Balance must be paid on the day you pick up your cake. For Weddings, Grooms cakes, Quinceaneras and Corporate events, we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, 50% deposit 1 month prior to event, and the balance must be paid in full 1 week prior to event.

Do you offer delivery?
We do offer delivery. We will deliver the cake within 30 minutes of event start time. We recommend you allow us to deliver your 2 or 3 Dimensional cake. If you opt for us not to deliver we cannot assure responsibility for the cake arriving intact. Our creations are delicate and should be handled by a professional. We do use Butter cream icing in our creations and it does not do well in warm temperatures or high humidity levels. If there is a delay, keep the cake between 40 - 70 degrees F (refrigeration is recommended), like your pets, please do not leave your creation in the heat. Some cakes are too big for boxes so most of our creations will not be transported inside a box - the cakes must be laid flat. I.e. back seat, adult lap, back of SUV or Van.

Do I need to set up an appointment?
If you have not ordered from us previously and have never seen or tasted our cakes, we highly recommend you do set and appointment unless you feel comfortable ordering your cake over the Internet of phone.
